This policy informs you about the type, scope and purpose of processing personal data on this website pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

2. Server log files

Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This includes:

• IP address (anonymized where technically possible)
• Date and time of request
• Page / resource accessed
• Amount of data transferred
• Status code
• Browser type and operating system
• Referrer URL

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

3. Cookies

This site uses only technically necessary cookies required for operation (e.g. to remember that you have acknowledged the cookie notice). No tracking, marketing or analytics cookies are set. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2)(2) TTDSG.

4. Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form, your data from the form (including the contact details you provide) will be stored for the purpose of handling your inquiry and any follow-up questions, and transmitted by email.

For technical email delivery we use Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor. Form data is transmitted to Resend's servers to send the email. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and, additionally, Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This site uses Google Fonts provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When a page is loaded, your browser fetches the fonts from Google servers, transmitting your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent presentation). 6. Hosting

This website is hosted on a Plesk server located in Germany. The host processes log files as described in section 2. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the lock icon in your browser.
